so far....good for the price
Have only used for 3 weeks but seems to be working as well as more expensive phone that it replaced. Owners manual from Samsung shows things that are different than this phone, but you should be able to work them out if you have used a cell phone with sim cards before.

Best phone I ever had
The Galaxy Trend turned out to be the first smart phone that I could actually use. That says alot right there. At first I had problems, but when I asked my 20 year old grand daughter to help me, she had me trained in a half hour. I was simply too rough with my fingers to make it scroll or unlock it. I also found the features for the handicapped very useful. I would have no problem recommending this phone to anyone.
