Cannot get the the Wifi card to work with Windows 10 bluetooth connectivity. Wifi card from my defective HP Deskjet 460 works as substitute. Ink cartridges that shipped with this printer are not genuine as the led cartridge lights flash amber. Able to print, however the paper jam led flashes constantly when the printer is idle(not printing). Battery and power cables work and I rate the overall cosmetic appearance of this printer as very good.Cannot get the the Wifi card to work with Windows 10 bluetooth connectivity. It prints surprisingly faster than expected. Have not been able to set up for W'less Bluetooth acceptably It is not easy to set up for wireless & have yet to set up satisfactorily for wireless. This is because of the availability of the software. I am insistent on PAN (Private Area Network) for personal.use as a writer and study & homework --- personal use would be similar to using a typewriter at home for work, study, writing, journalism, etc. Bluetooth is very feasible, but cannot set up the PIN/Passcode. They (including H.Packard) claim that no need for The CD or it's Official Toolbox program. I live in a dorm building with crazies and also crazies at the library --the types with prying eyes and recreational usage of computers. My printer is Visible. They able to connect with ... Despite what they say, for Bluetooth esp., it is not okay to just easily install with Windows program!!! Windows will not do what the CD does and assign PIN# to Bluetooth printer connection. It might be easy to set up but not acceptably without this software to assign PIN# for security on PAN home and study. Getting this software from online has not been possible so far. H. Packard lists this download, but the site does not allow the actual download. I don't regret getting this printer. I use the USBcable for better security than using the Bluetooth, but lot of trouble, H.Packard lists this downld under older vsns. of windows- These days,you no longer need the CD, Windows will install your printer. I am interested in the download or cd to use Bluetooth for a secured PAN esp. in a crowded city area, & apartments, Many have computers & phones around with Bluetooth and my printer should not be visible or at least require PIN#. I am rating this as excellent printer for a product. It prints very very excellent and fast enough, pretty fast, It is configured for Bluetooth. I only wish I could use the Bluetooth.

Loved my first one so much, bought a second
Bought Model 460C... I didn't think about buying this same unit that came with a Wireless Card 460WF. Anyway, Love the size and ease of transporting it. After 3 years, it's still going strong. However, I found every time I wanted to print something, I had to physically take my laptop to where the printer was, attach the USB cord then print out what I wanted. I decided to purchase another unit but this time one with the Wifi card included. I was so afraid that if or when my 460C finally dies, I wouldnt be able to purchase another one of these units. Sure enough, HP discontinued it but found one on Ebay with the Wifi card. The WiFi printing as WONDERFUL. I can be in the living room and send anything to the printer from up to 20 feet away. No more wires or hookups. I did find ... Bought Model 460C... I didn't think about buying this same unit that came with a Wireless Card 460WF. Anyway, Love the size and ease of transporting it. I also purchased a second WiFi card from HP, while I still could. Had NO PROBLEM what so ever hooking it up. Had my old CD from my first machine. Just be sure you put the WiFi card in the CORRECT SLOT. It uses the UPPER SLOT, not the lower one. I know it can also be used with Bluetooth, but I have no clue about that. Item works well, and I'm pleased with my purchase.

Very good portable printer.
After my old small HP printer died, I needed a replacement printer that was small enough to carry on the road. This printer, while not new, has provided just what I needed. It has a small footprint, came with a good battery and seems to be sturdy enough to meet my expectations.

A great travel printer for the money
I am in real estate and I needed a printer to print contracts, forms and flyers on the road. I researched both the Canon i80 and HP Deskjet 460 and decided after reading several reviews that the HP was the best choice. I was not wrong! This printer installed easily and works perfectly. The print quality is excellent and the size is small enough to put into a medium size computer bag. I really like the bluetooth capability. I print to it with multiple laptops without any wires attached. I also invested in a battery and HP 802.11g wireless card, but I have not had a chance to try them out yet. From what I have researched, print cartridge life and battery life are both excellent with the HP Deskjet 460. I am very pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend this printer to anyone ...
