Poster was rolled and put into a 3-sided mailing tube. The poster was not secured so it unrolled enough until it was pressed up against the three flat sides of the box. When I received and unrolled it the poster was wavy and warped. Seller said I could return it but I'm not paying anything additional to what I've already paid. A replacement should have been sent since I did not receive it in the condition it was before being put into the tube. Seller states this is how he has always shipped

As buyer stated I offered a full refund. Ebay would have required me to pay shipping so not sure what the beef is. Never provided pictures of damaged item. I don't even know how neg feedback can be left when I offered a full refund and he didn't want to...what am I supposed to do ebay?
