ATTENTION WHEN BUYING CALCULATORS !
Many calculators sold, even if new, have issues. This one had a defective display (the leftmost digit); I discovered that after I gave the seller good feedback. I strongly suspect that there are B stock units out there which are dumped on unsuspecting buyers. It also had a hairline scratch on the display. The manual was either in Arabic or Vietnamese, can't remember which. Sharp always made good calculators, and this one more than gives you your money's worth ... assuming you get a perfect unit.Many calculators sold, even if new, have issues. The Sharp EL-506VB Scientific Calculator is an amazing calculator with all the necessary function needed for any science, math or economic class. It is completely user friendly with all the possible buttons and functions listed on the face of the calculator unlike many other calculators where training and lots of experience is necessary just to compute a simple calculation. Moreover, the calculator is not overly priced as many other calculators, and is infact much more accurate and easier to use than some of the calculators you find that are suppose to be more advanced and said to be "better".
