I tried connecting the remote as well as other universal remotes and could not get them to connect. Both the DVD and VCR work, picture quality on the VCR is very low. The VCR seems loud and clunky when playing, not sure if there is an issue. Both DVD player and VCR work. The Heads to the VCR probably need to be cleaned but I also used an old Tape to check. Minor marks on unit from use. See Pictures and Video”
