Purchased the Android 12 unit for my 2014 Ram 1500, received the unit and istalled it and discovered that the OS is in fact only Android 11. I have written the company and will share any response they give. I could have purchased an Android 11 unit from a competitor and saved $40 but wanted the newer OS. I have requested an OS update or a $40 refund, lets hope the seller is above board and comes through.
