LOOONG handling time. Ordered 2-13. Not shipped until 2-28. Seller went berzerk and became irate and had to resort to childish name calling when simply asked for proof of "lost" claim with post office. "Claims" they live in the desert miles from civilation and "claims" item was shipped on 2-28. Tracking number provided but "claims" post office lost item. Refunded 3-5 AFTER wasting my time waiting. BUYER BEWARE!!

I'm Sorry, Item was LOST period, out of my hands, I offered communication/cancellation/refund or resend with a total FREE set of boot covers. Buyer was angry & rude, made threads and demands so I canceled and refunded the order fully as I do not wish to do business with this buyer.
