The item arrived damaged in a box that had been previously opened. It's replacement also arrived damaged in a resealed box. The contact was helpful and quick to remedy the problem and arranged a partial refund due to the damage. This is not an individual. The contact is not the "store" owner/seller, and items are shipped from what appears to be a Walmart distribution center. Honestly this feels like a front for Walmart to sell off returned items. Avoid this seller.
