Product box was sealed and not damaged. Inside the jars were leaking all over... see photo. This was shipped via "UPS Next Day Air Saver®" from a Florida address and may have been de-pressurized in the cargo hold as it traveled 1 THIS IS NOW UNUSABLE !...... It was not damaged by UPS shipper, but was a poor choice of shipping method.”

Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.

    My wife really likes the bag......

    Its a nicely designed bag. My wife really likes it. The one minor complaints is there isn't as much interior room as I thought there would be, but still holds a macbook and documents well enough. The wheels are very nice too.

    Looks Professional but Lacks Efficiency

    I purchased this business case to replace a less professional-looking wheeled briefcase. While it has a more business-like appearance, it does not hold nearly as much as I had expected. Its rigid material limits its expansion potential and the little snap clasp used to hold the two carrying straps together, frequently falls off making it one more thing to worry about losing. Wheels seem sturdy and it has a padded slot for a 15 inch laptop, usual pen holders, slots for cell phone and extras - nothing extraordinary and it definitely holds fewer files, books, assorted computer peripherals than my older bag. Overall, I rate it "meh".

    Clasp broken

    The clasp that holds the main flap closed broke off with just a nudge. I super glued it-hope it holds. Other than that-product is great!
