Item was not as advertised.Description read tested and works.Would not play a tape without major distortion of the picture.It ate the first few tapes we put in it.Had to have cleaned and works ok for now.Seller shipped item ups but dropped package off at fed ex instead.After 5 days figured it out and it arrived 3 days later.package arrived 5 days late.Seller refused to refund shipping and told me just to wait.I will never do business with this seller again.My rating, minus 5 stars
