DVD arrived without instructions Requested them again & vague instructions provided. Contacted Toyota dealer who advised a 2013 4Runner cannot be updated by a DVD. Advised seller, provided documentation & returned DVD. The seller refused to issue refund & offered store credit. Poor business practices, seller is operating a scam.
