Who'd have ever thought that you could buy TWO remote controls Delivered to ones house for less than $7! And with batteries included. They seem to be as good OR BETTER than the one that came with the DirecTV receiver we got new. The thing is, I dropped the OEM model into a bowl of water in which I had mixed Epsom Salts. I dried the remote out as much as possible, and it continued to work for some time. But before the night was out, it partially quit, seemingly with no rhyme or reason. I sprayed it with Blaster, turned it upside down, and hoping for the best, started searching for a replacement on Ebay. Of course it didn't take long to realize I had lots of choices, and soon made one. Turned out that by the middle of the next day the original remote decided, with no further intervention on ... Clearly a New Unit. Easy Setup.
The item clearly was new as the plastic was shiny without scuffing or signs of use. I looks identical to my previous unit though the plastic might be thinner and country of origin is different (Philippines vs. China). But after watching a You Tube video (about 2 1/2 minutes) setup was fast and easy. For the price, including free shipping, this was a great deal.

Remote works well
This product feels faker than the one I got from direct tv, but it works great, and that’s all that matters. One of my lg tv needed a code (horrible), while the other one didn’t need it, (check YouTube or directv video). After it was done setting up both controls works on both of my lg TVs. Also great full for the stickers, so no one will be confused for which control belongs to.

Direct TV rmote RC73
Great remote. Old remotes would only connect with IR, requiring the remote to be pointed directly at the control box. If distance was too great, it failed to fully function. The RC73 connects with RF allowing to remote to be pointed in any direction and still get any channel signals totally correct. Would highly recommend to Direct TV users who may be having difficulty with their current remote.Great remote.
