Mark Wahlberg earned his stripes in this movie. Well done, well done! The dialogue was constructed to meet the criteria of an intellectual mind. The story line was a deep peek into the dichotomy of the gamble of a gambler. This movie is excellent. Of late, the industry has not produced anything of any value. Too many shoot em ups (which was very good) and too many anythings gone wild. Goodman, as normal, gave a sterling performance. Ms.Lange delivered also (redeeming improvement). Great plot. Very pleased with the whole transaction from purchase to delivery.
I bought the movie because of the featured actors and how I enjoy their ability to portray a variety of characters. Language is a little rough, as to be expected, but really a good movie to watch.
