look like. a good machine but it made to low to the ground and the shaker pan needs to be metal the plastic ones melt from the heat of the kettle and should come with a propane line and regulator for the price

While the machine was delivered on time in tact and (NOT) garbage as some reviews have suggested and the customer service was EXCELLENT the machine was not what I needed it was what I could afford at the moment. It is a ok starter machine. Part of my problem is I’m outside and the wind is keeping the kettle too cool, causing me to caramelized every3rd batch or so.
Definitely some upgrades that are needed but it’s not garbage…
