No Worries about UPS Batteries for Ten Years
This battery is a simple slip-in replacement for the previous sealed lead-acid (replacement) battery. It offers higher capacity via new AGM technology, yet it is not so capacious as to be beyond the range of the charging circuit built into my UPS. I bought two of these batteries at one whack. As I am 71 years old, the second one may very well outlive me.

VMAX is worthless
Not being the first time I've purchased these batteries I decided to choose them again after a couple of years and the same result applied as to the first purchase of this brand. The batteries lose alot of their charge after charging to full capacity. Batteries are supposed to "float" around 13.5v when fully charged but these go to around 12.25v once they fully settle down hot off the charger. I wouldn't recommend these batteries to anyone knowing this about them.Not being the first time I've purchased these batteries I decided to choose them again after a couple of years and the same result applied as to the first purchase of this brand. Very Good Batterys for APC 1500 Backups
Work Great, just install and they work, I get about 4-5 years use out of them, I have them in all of my APC 1500 units (5). I just replace one set in a unit that was 5 years old.
