The box 'appears' new but Seller placed the box in a plastic bag :( and so box got beat up pretty bad. It 'appears' that it was possibly used and taken out from the bottom of the box so as to leave the stickers intact at the top of the box. The other thing that gave me pause is the fact that the USB outlet piece was missing the clear wrap that they normally have when you receive new USB outlet pieces within electrical items. NEVERTHELESS, I am super happy with this item & Seller! Great prices!
