Dealer handles returns poorly. First the "new item" came open and with pieces that didn't belong (duplicates). Had to contact him twice to get a return "label." Finally mailed on 2/22 and still haven't received a refund (3/14). Contacted him and was given the run around about needing a "couple more weeks." Finally went to my cc to resolve it. Not a good experience.

I apologized for the shipping issue which was not on me. Much of what she says in her feedback is inaccurate. Buyer was unreasonable and rude. I provided instructions which were not followed. I refunded all money. Honestly, the one who did not have a good experience was me having to deal with someone who is so rude and could not follow basic instructions.
