The eBay seller listed this item as 4.0 cubic feet, I was delivered approx 3.1 cubic feet of packaging material once I uncompressed it as the seller suggested. I informed the seller that the ad is fraudulent but they refused to correct this by paying for the return or giving me a partial refund. They did not correct their false ad. Other buyers have had the same bad experience with this seller. 4.0 cubic feet of peanuts will not fit in the delivered box of 20 in x 20 in x 12”.

I've been lamenting over FB for this seller. When I contacted the seller, I was told they will expand, being questioned they offer some $ back because they know. They told me that they expand when being unboxed, this is not true. I tested sat for 3 days, fluffing and put them back in the box, nothing. The listing was for 4 CuFt, got 3. Due to wrong size and cost - Neutral FB, due to Seller telling me to find another seller - Negative! I got a 3CuFt from another seller, came in the size box.
