Excellent item for the price. Monitored well packaged with $25 of bubble wrap. Free shipping took a while (due to weather) through UPS however it was well worth the wait. Beyond the B- rating of the monitor by the Seller. I think the Seller undercut their rating or their standards are well above others. Excellent communication with updates. Excellently packaged with tones of protection, Ive worked at a UPS distribution center before and I've seen the abuse packages can go through. First monitor came broken as it wasn't packaged very good and UPS was rough on it. But the Seller got my message and sent a replacement. Took a little longer than Expected to get replacement but still a replacement was nice to get. Overall a happy ending. The replacement monitor came in the condition it stated on the listing. Overall pretty positive purchase.
