Transaction started okay when I talked to the seller and purchased two shop manuals. Seller then shipped the shop manuals wrapped in nothing but a thin plastic bag, which of course did not survive shipping across the country. I immediately contacted the seller upon receiving the package and sent photos of how the package arrived. Five days later and no response from the seller. Items are definitely not in the condition I purchased them in and seller took no care to protect them.
