    Just Wow!

    My son suggested I watch the HBO series, and I got hooked pretty quickly. This actually compelled me to get the books because I am a reader and tend to like books more than movies or TV series. This book series certainly doesn't disappoint! It is enthralling, dramatic, passionate, and enchanting all at once. I love how Martin has created characters with such depth that you can feel the soul of each one. He's very skilled at making subtle shifts to a character, which in turn make you change your own feelings about them. You can go from hating a character to admiring who he/she is becoming. If you've been curious but unsure about getting this series, I say go for it. For those of you who loved the HBO series, I think this is a MUST READ.     Great books you will not be disappointed.

    If you love to read and enjoyed Game of Thrones, then you will enjoy these books The story line is exactly the same as the show. There are very few books that are made into films that are this close to each other.
