Also because of the form factor, as my air vents are under the 2DIN cavity. Reinstalling the dash was a little tricky due to the vertical screen but made it work. Just be ready to join the car's existing harness to the new one that's included. Components were brand new and well packed. Device works as advertised and am happy with the purchase.
