FULL REFUND ISSUED, PLUS AN OFFER FOR A CREDIT ON ANOTHER WIG. WE DIDN'T SHIP THE WIG BECAUSE IT IS NO LONGER IN NEW CONDITION AND WE ONLY SELL NEW, UNUSED WIGS TO AVOID FUTURE ISSUES. SORRY FOR THE MIX UP, CREDIT IS STILL GOOD. HAVE A GREAT DAY!
