Nice inexpensive Bluray player, I purchased this because it had the streaming apps I use the most, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and YouTube. so it does everything I need. the except for facebook Opera app is kinda wasted on me but opera does have some apps that I can see other people using. Over all this player was well worth the price.

Unit will not remote without remote. Had to order separate.
The unit cannot be used without the remote (which was not supplied). I understand that the advertisement did not show a remote, but there was no mention it was needed to get the eject function to work. A bit deceiving as I had to order a remote (and go through the who process of researching which one to get and then ordering at an additional cost). The unit works good. About 75% satisfiec.

This is a great player capable of playing a wide variety of formats and is also ready to be plugged in to either net and allows access to Netflix's and other movie download sites. This bluray player has many features that much larger models don't offer. Being a smart player you can stream multiple different sources thru it. It sets up quickly and requires very little space to locate. Mine is currently sitting on top of my xbox console without any drawbacks to the operation of either unit. The BD-F5100 is a good player compared to the price I paid. Light weighted and compact. Besides the basic function of playing blue ray disc, it can also play USB MP4 video files downloaded from YouTube. The reason I gave 3 stars was sometimes it has got stuck when I played certain music DVD when I needed to jump from one song to another.
