Good Evening Gentlemen, Just wanted to say, they received the First one quickly and though you tried to make it work, it ended up burning up the motor. You were quick to send out the Second one and they received it quickly, as well. The Second, rather than the Third time was the charm. The A/C man spent about 3 hour at my In-Laws house, but got it working, which of course was awesome. Thanks for the good communication and prompt mailing. Have A Great TGIF and Weekend.
