I think everyone should know. i have not checked or used the product carefully yet and already got more charges on my card! Sofware installation entails signing up for cloud service without cost or details involved. Software installation and manual are not helpful and lack important information. showing a lack of commitment on how the product works .. does it work on wifi, do you need 2 internet accesses and how to avoid third party cloud storage etc.
