The item was extremely delayed. They promised to send a gift item with it because I waited so long. Nothing extra was sent. I needed to order 3 more and gave them a chance to make it right. I found the same item 30% cheaper elsewhere and instead of 6 weeks it's 6 days for delivery. They still wanted almost full price even after all the trouble and now a larger quantity. Offering a 5% discount was insulting after 6 weeks delay.
