I paid for a combo pack (951 - cyan, magenta & yellow) pulse 950 - Black. I received the black and only magenta, but the cyan and yellow were missing. The combo box was open, and it had a tape on it, which makes me think that the seller knew exactly what he/she was doing. I didn't appreciate what appears to be fraudulent. Ebay did refund me my money when I complained.

    great pictures

    I am 78 yrs old and I scrapbook so I print a lot of pictures, this is my 4th C6380 and I just tried to update my printer, returned an epson and found my old stand by - love this printer!!!! picture perfect!!!!

    Used, Returns Not Accepted, So many Hours spent To Get it Working

    It took more than 10 hours to get it working including cannibalizing parts from my old printer (same model) - I just hope it works for enough months to use up all the ink cartridges I have.

    Nice HP Printer

    I bought the hp printer around two weeks ago. Since I am a student, a good printer helps me alot~ This printer has a very nice white outlook~ Its easy to set up, this Photosmart multifunction printer gives very crisp, high quality scans to suit all my needs. I don't need to waste time to school and print my assignment out again! Also, I can print photos out and share with my friend easily by putting my usb / CF card to the printer. Overall, I'd recommend this perfect printer to my friends !

    So far so GREAT!

    This is a very nice printer! I find the quality of the photo prints I have made to be very professional looking. The printing speed is quite acceptable, the touch screen is very convenient and easy to use. So far, I have nothing but good things to say about this printer!! I would definitely recommend this product to other people!!
