It took a bit of modifying to fit. 3 of the holes didn't line up for the flares but a couple zip ties and some heat and pressure and they do look good. Part of the problem might be in the frame of the 04 silverado.

    POOR QUALITY.

    THESE WHEEL FLARES DO NOT FIT WELL, THEY ARE MORE OF A UNIVERSAL FIT. NOT VERY GOOD QUALITY CONTROL EITHER AS THE BOX WAS NOT DAMAGED BUT ONE OF THE FLARES HAD A 3" CRACK IN IT WHEN I RECEIVED THEM AS WELL.

    I purchased these for my 2003 Chevy Silverado and try to put in them on the day I got them, they did not fit anybody panel none of the holes lined up and they weren’t even big enough to fit the wheel well, save your money and buy oem
