The Telefunken EL34 tubes look pretty good, and the packing was okay. I would have appreciated this seller telling me during the price negotiation phase that I would be responsible for the cost of the tubes' import duty. I realize this seller was recouping his money as a result of the negotiated price, but my last minute discovery (the evening before the tubes arrived) of this near $60 cost surprised me in an unpleasant way. I do not consider this technique an example of good business acumen.
