Working with this seller was a lovely experience. This beautiful Fitz and Floyd plate arrived today in perfect condition as it was so well packaged. The plate was packaged and mailed quickly but was misplaced by USPS. The seller communicated with us and answered our questions right away. She offered us a refund but I declined. The seller then kept an eye on the tracking until it was moving again and was delivered. I am grateful for the time she took at this busy time of year!

Working with this customer was a wonderful experience, they were so understanding when this package didn't arrive on time. The USPS package was delayed do the post office being so busy at Christmas time. I have not lost a package and am so glad that it was delivered the next day in time for Christmas Day.
