Sadly to say after seing 100% good reviews. Items is great. Looks great, but ....Read the instructions, followed the instructions, and was almost done while hooking up the chain to the Ponto it broke in pieces. Contact seller and I am not surprised no response back. No email. Very disappointed. Send even pictures. Nothing. Took it to a jewelry store and they fixed it so it will work. Paid for their services. Definitely not happy with customer service. They got the money. NO INTEGRITY.
