Item arrived in good shape and works great on my Windows 10 laptop. Drive detected as a NEC drive in device config and worked right away. Seems to work much better than my much newer random Chinese USB floppy drive (even though it is a TEAC which used to be good) that has trouble reading certain old disks. Figured a USB drive from closer to the correct era might work better, and so far that seems to be the case!
