Bill and Gloria Gaither's hymn singing is music i can listen to over and over again and never get tired of listening to the music. it is like going to a live concert and never having to leave home. my 93 year old mother also loves the Gaither music. i recently bid on and won over 50 vhs tapes of Bill and Gloria Gaither music. i gave my mom lots of these vhs tapes and when i ask her if she has listened to all of them, she tells me that she wants to keep some in reserve for a time when she wants to listen to a new tape. we are an old-fashioned Christian family and this music is somewhat comparable to Bible study. the music, the artists and the presentations are so inspirational to me and my family. it is music that i plan to listen to for the rest of my life. i have never heard a bad ... Ryman Gospel Reunion
The mixture of "old timers" and "newbies" offers something fo everyone. I prefer the "old timers" and the depth of their devotion that is evident in both their singing and countenance but the "newbies" are also great. Many of those "old timer" folks were at the Southern Gospel Conventions in Memphis when I lived there back in the 60's and 70's. I can still recall how special they made me feel as they spread their deep devotion to our Lord.The mixture of "old timers" and "newbies" offers something fo everyone. Gospel Reunion Group Singing
Wonderful Gospel event by Bill Gaither and his friends. All are gospel singers that gather on stage at the Old Ryman Auditorium in Nashville and sing wonderful ole' time gospel classics. Some indivduals and groups are featured while all the other back them up for the chorus. Beautiful voices resonating beloved musical selections about the love of Christ through song.
