PLANET EARTH describes the interrelation between wild animals and their often unforgiving habitats. It features episodes such as "Deserts," which takes a close look at the arid terrains of the Sahara and the Sonoran; and "Ice Worlds," which focuses on the Arctic region and Antarctica. The 10 chapters of THE LIFE OF MAMMALS chronicle the evolution of this group of warm-blooded vertebrates, while THE BLUE PLANET features eight episodes exploring marine life and biology: "The Blue Planet," "The Deep," "Open Ocean," "Frozen Seas," "Seasonal Seas," "Coral Seas," "Tidal Seas," and "Coasts." The BBC NATURAL HISTORY COLLECTION also includes 10 episodes from THE LIFE OF BIRDS, which examines the behavioral patterns of various vertebrates, among them, the sandgrouse, the snowy owl, the African Harrier Hawk, and the ostrich. Will buy from this seller again. Fantastic price and I do belive the book was shipped exactly as described. That being said it was shipped in a thin envelope that was about as thick as construction paper and the inside was covered with glue. Book still arrived in decent shape but I think adding some bubble wrap in the future would be a good idea. I'm still giving a 5 star review because it was shipped quickly and I belive when it was given to the post office it was in the described condition.
