Better results than with other brands I've used.
I've used a number of different brands of St. John's Wort for the past 3 or 4 years. I ordered this a few months ago and was really surprised at the noticeable increase in benefits I received from the NusaPure. I'm not sure why that would be, but I only need one capsule of this brand instead of two of other brands. I do also take tryptophan and ashwagandha or rhodiola rosea, but I hadn't made any changes prior to starting this brand. I was even able to lower my tryptophan dose a bit.
