The battery pack was delivered quickly and fit the vacuum cleaner perfectly. The original battery pack was rated at 2800 mAh and this battery pack says it's rated at 9600 mAh but they are identical in size. I'm not so sure that the actual batteries inside the pack hold a longer charge. When I ordered a new battery pack for my Makita drill set on ebay that was rated higher than the original, it was twice the size of the original.

The batter is as good as the original that the Dyson came with. It lasted at least 20 minutes of near constant use that we haven't seen since I don't know when. It arrived on time and was packaged very well. Would definitely recommend over purchasing a new OEM battery.

This is very easy to replace. My advice would be to take it apart before you order and make sure that the battery that you’re buying physically matches the one that’s already in your vacuum.

The battery was advertised as a Genuine Dyson Battery. It was not a brand name (Dyson) battery. It was an off brand. It worked off/on and never held a charge to run very long.

Perfect replacement 4 my Dyson sv10 stick vacuum
I bought this replacement battery for my Dyson sv10 stick vacuum. My original battery was 2300 mAh and this new one is definitely more power capacity and duration. I like that it lasts longer when I'm using it and holds a good charge. It fit easily into my hand vac and I reattach the mounting screws and immediately was able to use it

It has worked ok so far but time will tell.
The battery capacity is not what they claim. It might be about the same as the original but it is a lot cheaper. A little more than 1/2 price.

Dyson replacement battery/purchased new with expectations it would work. .
This battery is dead. Will not charge. The cells are dead. Checked and rechecked. Charging light comntinually red so it should be blue. Made sure it was installed properly. Electrical control board is faulty. Returning ASAP.
