Contacted seller . Explained what was wrong. Item was clearly used and the box had clear wear to it that was not caused by the PO . Seller tried to put the blame on them. I know the difference between PO shipping damage and usage wear to an item. The tube of moisturizer was used. The seller never offered to replace it . Will not accept returns. I would not have returned it anyhow for concerns that seller would just resell it to someone else..
