They claim the item is new and with tags. When I got it there were no tags. So I contacted them. They claim the item is one size fits all so there’s no tags. THEN WHY STATE IT COMES WITH TAGS?? Also there was no paperwork or care instructions for the product. When contacted they stated that it has to be hand washed in cold water only. Why not send that with the garment, so it wouldn’t get washed in the washing machine?!?! Item also arrived in nothing but a trash sack. Not happy at all ! !
