  • MOA. Malfunctioning On Arrival

This CPU card must have been thermally damaged. There are problems with the VGA output. When first powered on, the VGA signal cuts in and out. After it warms up a bit, it actually does stay on, but there are video artifacts in the image. The CPU card works in VGA mode (so you can get to the BIOS), but when it tries to switch to SVGA or higher graphics mode, the CPU immediately crashes and the boot process starts over. Even tried switching BIOS to use an external VGA card... which it does. But again, as soon as it switches to SVGA during the boot process the CPU crashes. This CPU card is unusable.
