Fast shipping. Greatful for that. Definitely NOT as described! I have purchased enough "open box" phones on ebay to know open box. This phone was NOT open box. Definitely used. Bottom of the phone was scratched up, small dents, gunk in the crevices. VERY USED phone. My old one was in better shape than this one and it was few years old. I have always bought from good honest buyers and multiple times but they were out of stock so I had to go elsewhere. I may send this back

Phone didn't work with my carrier, but seller made the return an easy process. One minor critique is that the phone was listed as "open box" but came with no box. Re-reading the description, it was in the fine print, but a little misleading to call it open box at all. Still overall a good seller.
