Transaction was smooth. The only issue I had was that the product had free 2 day shipping. I ordered the item on April 16th, it was expected to be delivered between the 18th and 19th, the 19th turned into the 20th, which then turned into nothing which ended up being delivered the 22nd. I did reach out to the merchant and they said they'd been having trouble with USPS the past month or so and it was out of their hands. Never offered a partial refund.

I'm not sure why would offer you a partial refund. We do not set the shipping times. Ebay does that. USPS has had nationwide issues for about two months. We have no control over USPS. This item was shipped promptly the next day after ordered.
