I didn't have any personal interaction with this seller. That said it arrived sooner than the stated delivery date. I was a bit confused and concerned by the "New-other" classification. It turned out to be just some discoloration of the packaging box likely from an oily liquid. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. My 10 year old niece will love it. I will certainly purchase from this seller again.
