Arrived almost a week before expected date, much appreciated, but packaging did not protect enough, so there was a bend in the paper cover. I suggested better handling to seller, who offered a partial refund, which I refused because this is Goodwill, after all. The exercise program is specific to certain areas of the body. There are several program on the CD. It is a good workout in 10 min. But there are too many ads on the CD and getting from one exercise program to the next is not easy.

Explore the mysteries of the seas with this fabulous revelationary documentary. There is so much wisdom in every detail and design. The scenery played to David Attenboroughs narration will transport you to discover places very few mortal men have had the oppurtunity to adventure. Great for young and old souls alike. Love to play this one when bouncing on a a rebounder to music...inspires my soul! I ponder all the cellular processes that symphony together in our own amazing physiological biology, from nerves sending messages through the central nervous system, to the blood pumping and rushing through our veins, nourishing our flesh and bones. Aaaahhh, to wax poetic about luminescent jellies, and just cast away the typical workout video to go oingo boingo to this!!! 747 stars!
