Purchased this for my wife. The three presses are constructed well. I know because my wife dropped one of the presses onto the floor while unwrapping the product. Nary a scratch. The press held up admirably. She’s not used them yet but they appear to be of good quality.

Spinach pasta
Best tasting pasta ever. Used three different extruder plates boy are they a pain to clean!! Next time will make gallons of the same pasta.and freeze for later.

Like it a lot
The only problem is that the rigatoni plate comes attached to the press and when I removed it, the metal part separated from the plastic part. All the other plates are together. When I made rigatoni, the dough got in to the screw part of the pasta ring.
