I was very disappointed to find that the toner cartridge I received had been previously opened even though I purchased a product that had been listed as new. When I installed the cartridge, my printer recognized it as used or counterfeit. I tried to reach out to the seller, but I didn't receive a response. Returns are not allowed, so I feel stuck. I was surprised to have a bad experience with the seller's high ratings. I hate to leave a bad review but felt like I had no other choice.
