Received unit does not come with plug for the 12 volt system to work I will have to find this type of plug I purchased for my rv so it needs to be used on 12 volt I tried it using the 110 plug,so I can’t tell you if it works on 12 volt yet.

This would have been a neutral rating if it wasn't for the return part of the process and the sellers understanding\ communication.
The only issue I had was the shipping. It took about 4 days for UPS to get the item I bought and then they took a while to get things rolling too. Only heads up is that they may take a while to ship your order. Other than that everything else is really good.
