This was my first ever eBay purchase. Friends had told me how positive it was. I found EXACTLY what I wanted - the key in the description was "Works" The description also said no refund. I was willing to risk it. It arrives almost a week early. I was overjoyed. When I opened the well packed package is did NOT work. Even a typewriter repair person could not fix it. The back was bent and the spool was distatched. I was SO disappointed.This definitely soured by first eBay experience
