Initial unit was damaged in transit and also missing advertised memory (oversight). Seller was responsive and sent a replacement matching the advertised specifications and which arrived safely. More details would have been helpful, such as BIOS and firmware versions, since this prevents a second CPU from being installed (or being recognized) out of the box. BIOS says "EVALUATION COPY" which may explain it.
