Unfortunately the original box got beat up in shipping and a part was lost in transit. The seller was gracious enough to send another. It's mounted up and doing the job as of today. I am sure this is not a high margin product for this seller, and I am sure it was financially painful to send one out no charge. I thank you for that! Customer service was A+++.
